Nobody here can get a simple order right, this is like the 11x I'm having my order made wrong in 4months. Nobody pays attention and Nobody is polite enough. This is the only location with this issues.It's going to be my last time ever walking into this location, hope cooperate look into this. Sasah and Sarah needs coaching anddoesn't deserve to be Managers for this store. Panera is loosing so many businesses in this location. My bank will never usethis location again for any of our bank refreshment for our associates and team members.

Suppl... read more Panera has a great offer on coffee and self serve beverages: $11 a month for unlimited self serve beverages. I love the concept but it doesn 't work well. Supplies are frequently out of stock, 24 oz.. cups, Splenda), coffee is batch brewed ,which means it is served from large thermal dispensers which are always filthy, and usually cold or empty. The pots themselvesare never washed/cleaned just look at the spigots on them to see they are encrusted with filthy build up. And, in truth,drinks are not unlimited, either, as terms specify a once every 2 hours rule. The program is a great deal if would work, butit 's messing with my morning coffee and that is just not acceptable.

Every... read more The food was excellent, as usual. However, there was an unusual situation with a man who ordered and sat across from me in an otherwise empty restaurant. Every time I looked up, he was staring at me, which made me feel quite uncomfortable. Then, when I glanced up again, he was making a rude gesture with his fingers. I found it very strange, especially since I didn’t know him at all. He seemed a bit unstable.

The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The staff is consistently friendly. The food is reliably good most of the time. I really appreciate the customer service from the management team. This is my favorite Panera Bread location—it's never really crowded, even during lunch hours.

Unlike other places, they appear to brew the coffee and then simply add ice to cool it down quickly, resulting in a diluted and watery taste. I'm not sure why the coffee here is so weak, but it has let me down for the last time. I'm happy there’s a new Brooklyn location in Jacksonville because their iced coffee is fantastic.
