O'charley's - Jacksonville

I visited O'Charley's with a group of six for a birthday celebration, and it was a fantastic experience. Our waitress was incredibly attentive and made sure all our requests were met. O'Charley's is one of our favorite places, particularly for their baby back ribs (we do hope they switch back to half-rack servings), salmon, and their delicious rolls. Managers Michael and Dennis clearly prioritize customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this restaurant!

The food was outstanding, but our server didn't meet the five-star standard.

My family and friends all adore O’Charley’s. I've never had a disappointing experience, even after numerous visits. The food is consistently delicious, and the staff is always friendly and attentive. Recently, I hosted a surprise birthday party for 15 people. When the waitress introduced herself, I thought, “Oh no, how will she manage all of us?” However, she exceeded my expectations. We never had to wait for anything, and she was personable and efficient, addressing all our needs promptly. The manager, Dennis, was fantastic, ensuring that everything ran smoothly for my surprise party. Plus, the prices are very reasonable. Thank you, O’Charley’s!

We loved this place, first time ever eating here and it was great, the kids eat free everyday and then they offer you like 8 choices of pie for free after your meal, the pecan pie tasted homemade too, very pleased with our choice to eat lunch.

This was my first visit , as I looked at the menu and the wide selections of food and the prices I asked myself why I didn't know about this. I was very pleased with steak ,ribs, the overload potatoe soup and those sweet potatoes. I almost forgot the dinner rolls. See you later today.
