New York Pizzeria - Jacksonville

This was my first time older lady with long braid was very rude. No customer service smile or greeting. I ordered my daughter right and friend. didn't even want to order yourself. I'll call her KAREN.

My family and I ordered two individual slices (pepperoni and cheese), garlic knots, and a specialty pizza. The pizza was very tasty. Food was ready in a timely manner and the eating area was clean with plenty of condiments. Their ranch was rather exceptional as well. Management staff was engaged, however the one less star was due to the bathroom facilities for both male and female to be less than favorable. They seemed rather busy with orders as well. All things considered I will definitely go back there for the pizza and the real New York experience you get from the employees.

I ordered a traditional calzone. It was amazing no photos because it looked so good I had to eat it right away. Service was great, positive atmosphere all around the place. Biggest thing that has me rating this place with 5 stars was the number of happy customers. I now have a favorite pizza place in Jacksonville.

Pretty okay place. It was a little slow, given the place was empty. I wouldn't suggest going when they're busy. The customer service was alright. They were yelling way too loud when calling customers to get orders. The pizza was good though, huge slices. I don't know if I'd call it New York style though. The fries were pretty alright. I'd go back if I were in the area.

Me and the wife were in town and this was closest to us at the time. We ended up getting a large pepperoni and mushroom pizza, an order of mild buffalo wings, and an order of garlic knots. I 'm no pizza connoisseur, but I 'd say the pie was average. It has plenty of cheese, the right amount of toppings and not too much sauce. The crust however was lacking and just didn 't wow me. The buffalo wings were fantastic, but were held back by bottled ranch (you just gotta have the real thing!! . The garlic knots were amazing. These things are not for the healthy conscious. The knots are basically small dinner rolls cooked in a ton of butter and garlic. They were cooked perfectly and were quite tasty! The prices were fair and we left full, without any complaint, aside for the bottled ranch. Check em out!
