Moe's Southwest Grill - Jacksonville

I have always been a fan of Moe's. They offer tasty food at affordable prices. Recently, they have introduced fajitas to their menu, which has made the experience even more enjoyable. The only downside is that during your meal, you may hear the staff enthusiastically welcoming customers to Moe's multiple times.

The food at this restaurant was fantastic, especially the seasoned rice which had a nice kick to it that I really enjoyed. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the store was very hot, making it feel like I was outside again. On the plus side, the customer service was great and being welcomed to Moes was a nice touch. I loved the environment, but I just wish it was a lot cooler inside.

I have always loved the freshly made food and the friendly staff at this restaurant. However, on this occasion, I was surprised to find that the chips were not crispy as usual, but cold and stale. Despite this, I am willing to give them another chance as I hope this was just a one-time issue. I reached out to management via email and they responded promptly.

We've been stuck on the old moe too long. This place is so terrible that it's just not worth trying. We were so tired as long as it takes in the store that we began to get delivery. Tonight's delivery was missing a whole meal and no EVER answers the phone when you call and you can't leave a message. You don't care about customer service. Don't be a customer of this store.

Every time I come to this place, everyone seems to have a bad attitude, even if I went to smile. The lady who made my burritos was literally sounding things everywhere and huffing and puffing and then another girl couldn't even roll them up, they were just thrown together. No smile or anything very rude! I would not recommend this place and that?s why it did the reviews.
