Miller's Ale House Jacksonville Hodges

The service at this restaurant was good and the menu was nice, but unfortunately the food was not up to par. The shrimp and chicken were dry, the greens were old, and the rice appeared to be from a prepackaged bag. The overall experience felt like a fast food restaurant, minus the counter service. I would compare it to other chain restaurants like Applebee's, Ruby Tuesday, and Chili's. While the menu may be appealing, the quality of the food leaves much to be desired. I would not recommend this restaurant at all, as all locations seem to offer a similar experience.

The vegetarian burger at this restaurant is extremely tasty and the service is friendly. The only downside is the uncomfortable seating, which is why I gave the atmosphere three stars. It can be difficult to enjoy a meal sitting on wooden benches. Overall, it's a wonderful place to meet up with friends or family.

The restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious food options. Typically, I tend to stick to one dish at other places, but here I have explored many different items on the menu and they were all fantastic! They always have the best sports games playing on the TVs. This has become our favorite spot to go to after our kids' softball games, especially since we finish late.

Amazing place. I’m from Virginia and everytime I go to Florida to visit family I need that ice cream cake. Terence went above and beyond to bring the cake from the kitchen since there was some issues with it defrosting. He was so kind and friendly. He made our day thank you! Give him an extra raise ; Overall great food and awesome service.

I am somewhat disappointed in Millers Ale house. Got 2 of the Shrimp and sirloin meals, those were good, steaks came a little cold but were good. We also got a cheeseburger and that was disgusting. Asked for medium rare but got almost raw! We realized it after we were handed the check so we couldn’t say anything. I will i upload a picture of what it looks like. Only giving two stars for the service.
