The wait was and always is a nightmare. I never wait when I see the drive through backed up but tonight I decided to since I got off late. The friendly, enthusiastic personality of the woman I met made the wait worth it. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
multiple mistakes, ordering right, dirty bath and slow service to get. they will literally look at the lobby, but ignore the line of customers who are waiting during talking, claping and sweating among themselves. but the area is clean and there are seats in the open. View all feedback.
I live in this community, and I have to say that this is the worst drive-thru experience I’ve ever had! I think they need better management and should hire more qualified staff. I highly recommend going elsewhere.
It felt like the staff was unaware of what was happening during my visit. I went there specifically for iced coffee and a frappe, and it took nearly 30 minutes to receive my order. I even had to remind them about the frappe. It seemed that chatting among themselves was prioritized over attending to customers. Customer service at McDonald's appears to be declining. They really need to focus on serving their customers and remember that without customers, they won't have a paycheck.
I encountered the laziest staff I've ever seen at this restaurant. They refused to take my order and instead made me use the self-service kiosk. After I completed my order, I was told that they only accept exact change. Since my order came to $18.00, they wouldn’t accept my $20 bill. I definitely won't be returning. While I was there, I noticed at least five cars leave the drive-thru after getting tired of waiting, all due to the staff's lack of effort.
I was so excited to get my large fry and and burger?but to my dismay they gave me (my child) refried French fries. These are the kind of fries that sit out for a while but instead of throwing them away, associates decide to dump them back in the frier andserve them to customers. Do better McDonalds
This was my breakfast pit stop while traveling on a Saturday morning. The lines weren?t long but it took a little longer than I expected to get through the line. The staff were friendly but had my order wrong. It was as if the system was reading the wrongorders but I?m not sure how since there weren?t many cars in line. ??????????? needless to the food came out hot and I wassatisfied.
