We decided to make a spontaneous stop at this café, and I'm so glad we did! We enjoyed a Belgian waffle, a chicken panini, a ham and cheese sandwich, a ham and cheese croissant, and a cinnamon roll. I really appreciated that they used real cutlery and plates! Everything was delicious and fresh. I'll definitely be returning. Honestly, we ate so quickly that I forgot to take pictures of the fantastic food! View all feedback.
Great hole in the wall restaurant. We found this place by accident when searching for a breakfast place that didn’t have a long wait on a Sunday afternoon. I am so happy we tried here. Great friendly service. I do believe it is just a couple that runs the whole place. They accommodated our orders and gave a couple recommendations too. Since everything is made fresh every morning, you might need to arrive before 1pm for some breakfast items to make sure they aren’t out like we did. But even so, they still had stock, but were limited. And I am 100% okay with this because that is how you KNOW food isn’t reused day after day like some food chains. I loved their lattes. I even got one to go. I am excited to return!
We drive here from Riverside regularly. Always the freshest food. The fried spring rolls are so light and clean. The quality of the vegetables is great. And vegetarian options galore. They will totally work with you. Love this place. Good food takes waiting for so be patient. It’s worth the wait and the drive.
Lime Leaf Thai restaurant Jacksonville Florida Upon arrival into the Lime Leaf restaurant one is immediately struck by the intimate, Fung shui environment. While it is a spacious room with high ceilings, the lighting is indirect and there is plenty of seating. It 's beautifully decorated in earth tones with eye catching paintings on the walls. There 's a lovely bar. We started off with the Coconut Shrimp 5 jumbo shrimp breaded Thai style, deep fried and served with a tasty, Thai sweet and sour tomato sauce. Each shrimp was topped with a thin slice of lime. We then had the Ginger Infused Salad salad made up of mixed greens tossed in there special vinaigrette dressing with crispy wonton noodles, Roma tomatoes, red onions and pickled cucumbers. It was fresh. The main course, Crispy Duck (half) boneless roasted duck lightly dusted in flour, deep fried and topped with seasoned mixed vegetables. The duck was not ideal. The flavor was fine but it as if it may have been overcooked as it Was rather tough to chew. Our waitress Laura was friendly and attentive. She was knowledgeable about the menu and helped us with our meal choices. Rachel was timely and consistent, making sure that our water glasses were always filled. Both Laura and Rachel had great smiles and were 'on the job '. I will definitely go back to Lime Leaf and try a different main dish. I highly recommend this restaurant for an evening of dining in a pleasant atmosphere.
Seems like it got a makeover. Ambience is fresh and relaxing. Great service by Veronica. The food is good but it didn’t have much choice in chicken and vegetarian and seemed a bit pricey.
The food was very good and tasty. The combination Thai Fried Rice with crab and shrimp should was s bit of salty for us.
