I ordered the 3 piece chicken combo meal with Mac and cheese and a biscuit, along with a side of Nashville hot. The restaurant's interior and bathrooms were also kept clean. The staff were all friendly and provided excellent customer service. However, there was one young man who seemed unfamiliar with the menu items, so I suggest sending him back to school or providing him with more training.

The lack of signage indicating the drive-thru is closed, along with staff idly sitting in the back of the kitchen, sets the tone for a disappointing experience. The drink machine clearly hasn't been cleaned in ages, as the soda had a strange taste. The fried chicken was soggy and cold, despite a long wait for the order. It seems like management is just waiting for the day they can close down, as it's evident that no one cares about the quality of the food or service. It's hard to believe this location is making any profit at all, leading one to suspect something fishy is going on behind the scenes.
