I had the best experience I’ve had in years yesterday! It seems they have a new manager, and I must say, this was a delightful surprise since I've had issues here in the past. I've lost faith in Yum Brands. It seems that pushing Pepsi products takes priority over providing basic service. My heart goes out to the employees who are forced to deal with impossible situations every day, all because of greedy executives in their comfortable offices. I had the best experience I’ve had in years yesterday! It seems they have a new manager, and I must say, this was a delightful surprise since I've had issues here in the past. I placed my order and was informed there would be a wait for fresh chicken. While I waited inside, the manager kindly brought me a small drink—what a thoughtful gesture! To top it off, they comped me a couple of items because my wait was over 20 minutes. Incredible effort to keep customers satisfied! You’re doing an amazing job, Trina!! Even though the wait was long, your politeness and genuine appreciation made all the difference. Kudos to you!!

I typically don't write positive reviews for fast food restaurants, but I had a pleasant experience at this one. The service at the drive-thru was efficient, and while the standards aren't particularly high, I appreciated how smoothly the ordering and food pickup went. The staff also maintained a positive attitude throughout, which added to the overall experience.

Waiting an hour for food is inexcusable, especially for fast food. The owner of this location should be taken aside to witness the poor treatment of both staff and customers. It's appalling and has been this way for at least since 2008 at this site. What a legacy for KFC!

I'm not sure what’s going on with this place. The parking situation is very limited, with only about seven spots available, all located near the drive-thru. If there’s a long line, it can be a hassle to get out once you’ve parked. I decided to go inside to place my order, but I was informed that they couldn't take any orders because their tablets were down. What happened to the option of ordering at the register right in front of me? I opted to leave and I won’t be returning.
