Hungry Howie's Pizza - Jacksonville

After waiting for an hour and a half, we tried to call to check on our order, but the phone line said you were closed. Eventually, the lovely delivery lady brought us our food, but I was very let down by its quality. I understand that food can get cold during delivery – I have a microwave for that – but the meal was burnt and lacked flavor. I won't be ordering from you again, and that delivery lady definitely deserves a raise for her hard work. Please make sure to protect your drivers and provide them with accurate information!

I'd like to begin by saying I have no complaints about my order; however, the location could use some cleaning. While they don’t cook on the floor, I did notice that the hot box doors were dirty. The young man who took my order could benefit from wearing a sweatband. During a previous visit, there was another young man with floppy hair. I do enjoy the breadsticks, but I'm not sure if I'll choose to order from this location again. Service: Takeout.

2 hours for one pizza. claims the time is only 45 mins, but here i am almost 3 hours in and still no pizza. Price per person: $20–30 Service: 1

Literally the best Gluten Free Pizza ever!!! I've gone to fancy pizza joints and had GF pizza, but never have I had a GF pizza as good as Hungry Howies. Their crust is so fluffy and it feels almost like real pizza dough (Warning my wife is a pretty sensitive Celiac, and if we eat there more than once in a week, she starts to get kinda sick feeling, but the cross contamination doesn't seem to be overwhelming) Dietary restrictions: Their Gluten Free Pizza is the best I've ever had. Wonderful crust for GF!!!

Dissapointing experience. Didn't get my order right, not sure if they are low on staff but when I went in to pick my pizza, they all seemed a bit disoriented. Not sure if I am going back to this place. Vegetarian options: Vegie pizza Parking: Lots of parking spots Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
