Okay, this place is one of my favorites in jacksonville. loved the freedom to cook everything I liked, whether on the grill or in the broth. the restaurants in the conveyor belt style make it fun to keep an eye for which they want. if they are a first timer, they are entitled to for themselves, if it is about the entire experience besides the waiter, their drinks and broth when they are low, but that was good with me.

Outstanding! So fun! Excellent food! I really enjoyed the lemongrass broth. So flavorful and not too spicy for my Irish and Norwegian bland food upbringing. Salmon is one of their specialties and was outstanding. Our server Chloe was SUPER helpful, always checking on us to make we were doing well and helping us learn the best way to cook everything. Ask for her when you arrive! We’ll be back. Thanks Chloe!!!

If you haven't been to a hot pot, a forewarning: you cook your own meal. There is a variety of meats to choose from at the buffet. You have a choice between either bbq, with the broth or just bbq. You pick out the fresh vegetables from a conveyor belt next to you and you can either put them in your chosen broth or cook it straight on a grill. There is no wrong choice!There is someone who comes by to refill drinks and pull out dishes but other than that it's a normal buffet. I absolutely loved the experience, after a few minutes of figuring everything out.This is a great place for birthdays and new experiences. My friend loved her birthday surprise and the hot pot experience made it even more fun. The waiter even brought out a little cheesecake bite for her when he heard it was her birthday. It made it even better-thank you!I loved the curry broth, I added a bunch of veggies and frozen brisket then added white rice! So good!If you love Japanese or Asian cuisine you should give this place a try. It's a little extra work but it's a great experience and it's so good!

Wow, what an experience. we went to lunch today to celebrate my man's birthday with our adult children. 4 of us. the seafood, meat, vegetables and strengthen were fresh. it's worth every penny. we're coming back.
