Was Houston Hills at Hardee's a mag?
Restaurant during morning/brunch hrs. Very clean, food hot and fresh. Staff very attentive and polite to customers in Restaurant area. Drive thru efficient. They schedule a good crew to work together. View all feedback.

What Donna Bode dislikes about Hardee's:
let me go of this customer service started ok very polite about the counters when I stand on the window, I pay her to pull forward because my sandwich comes fresh, which I doubt, so I wait here someone from the door dragged her feet literally with an art cartoon t-shirt and a headset I had no warning, it was one of the workers View all feedback.

First of all! Breakfast here is great. I appreciate great customer service and Jeremy and Nate showed this this morning! I don't know if Jeremy's a manager, but he sure held the team together and someone should notice it! Jeremy was very friendly for everyone, customers and employees. Nate was on the window and made sure that I got all the ingredients and our fresh food in time. ty normandy/fouraker hardeee is a smile today and of course delicious food. Oh and drive thru line went pretty fast.

My fries was over cooked to the point I couldn't eat half of them due to being so hard. I ordered online then ended up having to sit in a Long order line when I didn't want that is why I ordered online for fast pick up but they told me I had to go thru the drive thru to get my food. My burger had 3 small mushrooms was way over cooked and dry. This was the worse burger I had ever gotten and it was a waste of 10 bucks for sure. Didn't even enjoy the food or eat it due to the cooking staff not preparing it correctly.

They were very friendly a rare thing now actually put on extra mushrooms on my mushroom Swiss.
