I waited for five minutes before the cashier, who was right in front of me, even acknowledged my presence. My meal ended up being quick but cold. This place is decent in a pinch, but I wouldn't recommend it if you're really hungry.

However, my bread w... read more The order I received was completely incorrect. I had requested the monster burger with toasted sourdough bread, added lettuce, and tomatoes. However, my bread wasn't toasted, the bacon was only half-cooked, and there were no lettuce and tomatoes, even though I was charged for them. I realized this when I got home, 15 minutes later. I went back to the restaurant to speak with the manager and staff, who all seemed rather unfriendly. The cook then came over and informed me that the toaster was out of order. That’s fine, but they should at least give customers the option to decide if they still want to proceed without the toast!

The one I got felt like it was made from leftover food that had just been r... read more Given the current prices for fast food, I really expect to receive a fresh sandwich. The one I got felt like it was made from leftover food that had just been reheated. Unfortunately, this hasn't been my first experience like this. Honestly, I believe that if you made an egg sandwich the night before, stored it in the fridge, and then microwaved it, it would taste better than what these places are offering. But that’s just my opinion, of course.
