I had downloaded their mobile app beforehand and was pleasantly surprised by the offers it featured. Upon entering, I was impressed by the variety of burgers available. Overall, the food was delicious, and I truly enjoyed my experience.

In contrast to the one on Normandy, which was slow and frequently made pricing errors, promising to rectify them the next day but never following through, I am now loyal to this new place. I've stopped visiting the old restaurant and will continue to support this fantastic team.

Missing apple turnover, OK no bi... read more One of the worst experiences of my life. So, I went through the drive-thru, received my meal and parked to eat under the shade. Missing apple turnover, OK no big deal, things happen. Go back and request the missing item. She doesn?t believe me. Mind youthe value of this item is $1. I half jokingly say, review the cameras. She asks to see my receipt. She takes it to the back andproceeds to make a telephone call and is on the phone for what seems like 10-15 minutes I later find out that she was trying toaccess the cameras) At this point the whole thing is not worth the time anymore so I simply ask her to return my receipt and Iwill be on my way. Incredulously, she would not give me back my receipt. I inform her that the receipt is my personal property.She says, no its not, it?s trash isn?t it as she pleads her case to surrounding customers and employees in an attempt to garnerallies against me) and crumples it up. At this point, I believe a transgression has been committed, all be it a petty one,because she would not give me back my receipt. I call the non-emergency police number for them to assist me in getting myreceipt back. When they arrive, she points to a receipt laying on a counter. I collect my receipt and leave.
