My family and I stopped at Hardee's for a meal after visiting D.C. on our way to Miami. The food was hot and tasty, and we had a very pleasant experience. Although the food was somewhat greasy, we still enjoyed it. This restaurant is a solid choice for fast food.
I really enjoy their biscuits for breakfast. Having a hot, freshly made biscuit from here is simply the best!

Everything was prepared correctly, including our custom order, and nothing was missing. The food was tasty and appeared fresh. The staff was friendly and courteous. My only issue was when I arrived at the drive-thru; they couldn't initially locate my mobile order, so I had to go inside and wait for them to prepare it. I don't mind going inside to pick up my order since it can sometimes be faster than the drive-thru. However, if I'm going to have to wait for my meal to be made, it defeats the purpose of mobile ordering. I placed the order 15 minutes before I arrived and then ended up waiting another 10 minutes or so for it to be prepared. Everything else was great, though! And I don't blame the employees; this could very well be an app-related issue.
