The service was quick and friendly, and the portions were generous! Most importantly, the ribs were perfectly smoked—fatty, juicy, and enough to make you want to dance in your seat! We ordered the rib dinner with two sides: coleslaw and fries. It came with five massive ribs, seasoned fries, and sweet coleslaw. I say "we" because my husband and I shared it, and it was more than enough food. It was so incredibly delicious! Our son ordered the NC Pork sandwich, which came with fries and a drink. The sandwich was piled high with juicy pork, so much so that he could barely get his mouth around it. A definite Big Man Stamp of Approval! From a woman's perspective, I also appreciated that the restaurant was clean and had cute decor. To my surprise, even the restroom was very tidy, well-decorated, and smelled great, which speaks volumes to me. If you love BBQ, you have to give this place a try. I ordered the pork chop for lunch, and it was wonderfully tender and packed with flavor. The fried green tomatoes were also a highlight—crispy and perfectly fried. The sweet tea was just the way I like it, which is a must for me. My husband especially loved the collard greens, saying they were the best he’s had in a long time. We can't wait to come back and try more dishes!
