What L D doesn't like about Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers:
First time going to Freddy's. I ordered a MEDIUM peppermint Oreo milkshake. How is the medium size SMALLER than a Kid's drink that comes with a Happy Meal at McDonald's. The medium shake cost almost $8.00!!! That is ridiculous!!! (McD's Kid's Happy Meal is about $6.00, with 2 sides, a main entree and a drink. I filled each of kid's drink (Mcd and medium shake (Freddy's with 1 1/2 cups of water. The McD's drink had ro... View all feedback.
Walked and the floor is super oily so you’re slipping everywhere trying not to fall. The people were okay. Not the friendliest. Our if ice. No sweet tea no root beer. Only good experience was the food being fresh and hot. Fries were a bit over cooked though. Do not recommend.
Usually go through the drive through, went inside to eat this. Was greeted with nasty looks from an off duty employee. Our Cashier was very kind. But… the soda machine had black mold growing on The bathroom was flooded into the hallway of the restaurant. Employees were eating food in the kitchen/ behind the counter. Very unprofessional and not clean. Will not be visiting this location again.
Freddy's has become my go to for fast food burgers lately, I love their double jalapeno pepper jack burger. And throw in a side of cheese curds which are some of the best curds I've had at a fast food restaurant; including that Wisconsin chain Culvers. The turtle is my favorite sundae and I like the half/half milkshakes.
The only reason I'm giving a second star instead of a one is because I've eaten there several times and never had an issue. Today, however, I went through the drive-through and after explaining to the young lady that I could not hear her multiple times, she finally spoke up into a tone that is normal of any drive-through speaker. It is easily heard. She said she couldn't hear us, and I was literally almost yelling, my partner, and I decided to pull up to the window and asked if she could take our order there and we were rudely told that's done through the speaker. I expressed that she said she couldn't hear us, nor could we hear her, she was speaking so softly a person standing next to her let alone through speaker would never hear her. I asked her to please take my order and proceeded to give that to her. She was snide, rude and condescending once again, and said my boss is right over here and I said please do whomever that is so that we may place our order. Another lady came over Ask how to help us. I gave her my order we paid pulled up 20 feet only to discover my sandwich was made incorrectly. My partner went back in and ask them to correct it walked back out to the truck handed it to me and it again had ketchup on it when I told them three times I am allergic to tomatoes. The first time I had tomatoes on it. I am now at the point I'm just asking for a refund and probably never coming back.
First time eating there, and it was ok. We waited at the counter for a while before the server came and took our order. Food was
