We sat at the bar the... read more This place is so unique has some great food. Specialty is omelettes I got the Honky Tonk which consist of sausage, onions, peppers gravy. We sat at the bar the seats were comfy with a nice foot rest. It is one of those places I could literally sit people watch all day. And I dont mean that in a bad way, it is just all part of its cute uniqueness!

I finally decided to give it a try, and it did not disappoint! It's a bustling spot for breakfast, brunch, and lunch with a wide variety of menu options. The servers are friendly, and I have to say, their Maisbeef Hash is absolutely the best I’ve ever had! Ever since I discovered this place, I’ve stopped going to other local spots like Crackers on the beach or Little Sheep on the west side. This has become my favorite brunch spot! You won’t regret it (just make sure to order the right dish)! I’ll definitely be back!

The patty was c... read more Today, I ordered one of the best chicken-fried steaks, served as a sandwich with rich gravy and crispy little fries on the side. It was perfect. The patty was crispy on the outside yet incredibly tender inside. The buns were perfectly toasted, and my drink was always full. Be sure to tip your servers well; they work hard to ensure you have a top-notch dining experience. Kudos to this place for maintaining high quality over the years. Update: It remains one of the friendliest and most valuable dining spots in the city. Both breakfast and lunch menus offer great choices. If you’re hungry, don’t miss one of the dinner plates, like the meat or chicken-fried steak, along with their amazing sausage gravy—it’s one of the best around!

Both were executed flawlessly, accompanied by a wonderful creamy, chunky-cut slaw and a (mashed) potato salad that had a lovely mustard bite. Looking forward to regular visits!
