Dunkin Donuts - Jacksonville

One of the largest coffee shops in the world has its doors lock for no reason! How does a large corporation not allow customers into the shop in order to place an order pick donuts, wash their hands? How many times have I placed an order taste thecoffee that was burnt having to get back into a long drive-thru line? I have needed to go back when they made the wrong coffeeor giving me someone else?s coffee. 0 stars! Either close down or fix this location!

Did any online order for pick up but doors were locked when we got there. Had to wait in the drive thru line to get our stuff. Not a huge deal but added time we weren't expecting. Order was correct and tasted good.

What beats the summer time heat exhaustion and tiredness than some iced lattes and cappuccino blasts. Flavor the moment with a mocha cappuccino blast ???? with whipcream n drizzle.

Disgusting. So disappointing and unprofessional. I took a 15 minute walk to grab coffee from this location. Although there was a man in the dining area chilling eating his donut and drinking coffee, when I knocked on the door they kept signaling for me togo through the drive thru. I will never patronize this establishment again.
