Chili's - Jacksonville

This was likely one of the worst dining experiences we've had in a long time. Our waitress appeared indifferent and often walked away before we finished speaking to her. The queso dip arrived only 30 seconds before our main dishes, and we waited about 40 minutes for our food to be served despite the restaurant being nearly empty. When our meals finally arrived, we immediately asked for boxes and the check since we needed to pick up family at the airport. It was quite unsatisfactory. We never received drink refills and had to request drinks to go. Even to settle the bill, we had to flag her down. Overall, it was extremely frustrating!

I really enjoy the new $9.99 fresh pairings at Chili's. As a fan of their appetizers, I was thrilled to see they introduced this combo. I ordered the chips and salsa as my appetizer and opted for the half rack of ribs as my main course. The food was delicious, as always. The service was also great; our server kept our drinks full, and the food arrived quickly. The only downside is that there can be a long wait, especially on weekends, depending on when you visit.

My second visit was yesterday, where I decided to sit at the bar. I went for the double burger lunch special this time and, once again, ordered the same Jim Beam drink. It turns out they had a two-for-one deal, which I wish I had known about earlier in the week! The bartender let me know that he and his bar back were new to the job and asked for some patience, which I was happy to extend. It created a nice sense of camaraderie. However, I did have to send my burger back once since it accidentally had cheese on it, so that took a little extra time. But honestly, it was worth the wait. I would definitely return to this place. Both times I visited, it was pretty slow—on Wednesday and Friday.

AMAZING!!! This was the best dinner we've had in a long time. A huge thank you to the entire restaurant team—everything was fantastic! The hostess was welcoming, our server Amy was excellent, and the food was hot, delicious, and cooked to perfection! Paying the bill was a breeze. Everything was just great! Thank you all once again; we can't wait to return!!!

My boyfriend and I dined at this restaurant during our vacation, and it was an exceptional experience. It's clear that the manager, Marlin, truly prioritizes customer satisfaction. My boyfriend has serious food allergies, and the staff took all the necessary precautions thanks to their excellent communication with each other. The food was incredible! Thank you again, Chili’s; we will definitely be back!
