Boot Rack was the first gay bar I ever visited, and I absolutely love the atmosphere. The bartender, Keith, is so friendly and always makes me feel welcome whenever I go. I highly recommend checking it out—you won't be disappointed! They host karaoke every other Friday, have a pool table to enjoy, and an outdoor seating area that’s really relaxing.
That's as close as I'm to a house bar. It is small, cozy and friendly. The outdoor fireplace on the terrace is practically a second living room for me.
This is an entertaining bar. Louie mixes some of the best drinks. I recommend the chocolate covered cherry shot. Deliciousness in one shot. It has to feel this hometown and great energy. It really feels like home. Many charity events, great social events. No cover.
This is the oldest gay bar in Jacksonville, offering a selection of beer, wine, and lighter alcoholic options. It's the only spot in town where the bartender remembers your name and engages you in conversation. You don’t need to come with a group of friends to have a great time here. It's not just a men's bar like it was in the 90s; it has transformed into a welcoming space for everyone. We invite you to visit this piece of Jacksonville's history. No need to dress up—just come as you are. We look forward to meeting you!
