As a transgender fluid person, I often feel comfortable there. I recently visited the Arby's on 13696 Beach Boulevard and had just spent $12 on food for myself and a new friend. I typically purchase food whenever I am there, especially when I need to charge my devices for work. I live in a camper van that is currently being fixed, so I rely on Arby's for power. On this particular visit, I was with a new friend who had offered to help fix my van. Despite being regular customers, the manager, Misti, was extremely rude and kicked us out for moving a Target cart. This behavior was unexpected and disappointing, especially since I spend a lot of money at Arby's. The employees are usually nice, but this experience was disrespectful and unpleasant.
