Arby's - Jacksonville

The lady at the drive-thru was very unfriendly when I mentioned that I had already received a sandwich that was falling apart. She just stared at me with a blank expression and didn't say a word, which was really odd. As for the bacon and cheddar sandwich, it only had two pieces of bacon on it. I will not be returning.

I visited the Arby’s on Dunn Avenue and ordered gyros. Unfortunately, there was no tzatziki sauce on it, just an excessive amount of lettuce, two tomato slices, and only four pieces of meat. I believe they should stop selling them altogether; it’s disappointing for customers. It didn’t taste anything like a real Greek gyros.

It's been several years since I last dined at Arby's, and I've noticed that the menu has changed quite a bit. The Orange Dream Shake is absolutely delicious! The lobby was clean, and the staff were fantastic.

I ordered a third party three times from this place. the first two times the orders were wrong. there were missing whole objects, no sauces, no au jus for the French dip, etc. the third time (today) the order was just terminated. I like arbys in everyone I was in. this is the second location in florida that had problems for me, and the second that I had problems with from the last six states I had visited. 50-$70 to distribute at an almost food place and to have her order in at least half dozens of possibilities messed up seems a little crazy. I hope the next area has an arby that is decent. I will always love arbys, but I can not recommend in good sense this place.

Arbys on Dunn Ave. Workers can't speak to you without sounding rude and you get Moldy food on top of it.
