Aldi - Jacksonville
Aldi
Description
Aldi has garnered mixed reviews, highlighting both its strengths and weaknesses. On one hand, the grocery store is praised for its cleanliness, reasonable prices, and rapid checkout process, making it a convenient shopping destination for fresh produce, nuts, and their acclaimed spiral sliced ham. However, concerns arise regarding the quality of some products, particularly the salmon, which has been reported as often being rotten. Additionally, customers have noted rising prices and limited accessible carts for disabled shoppers. Despite these issues, many still appreciate the store's international selection and quality snacks, indicating a desire for improved consistency in their offerings.

Took my granddaughter in for the 1st time and she had me buying almost a cart full of groceries, we went down every aisle. Their prices are great.
This restaurant is Aldi. They serve tasty food at affordable prices. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is well-maintained.
This is a fantastic grocery store for fresh fruits and vegetables. I also like to buy nuts and seeds here. The checkout line moves quickly. If you need a cart, you just have to put in a quarter, and you'll get it back when you return the cart. The prices are very reasonable. Don't forget to bring your reusable shopping bags for added convenience.
The salmon being sold as fresh is rotten a lot of the time. It’s so gross. The store manager really didn’t give a damn when I drove back up there to tell them. She just kind of looked at me like I was dumb with a nice little smirk. The cashier did care and took some notes. The dates on the salmon were 3 and 4 days from the sell by date. Either Aldi is skimping on refrigeration or they are buying rotten product to begin with. Either way it’s gross.
