Don’t listen to all these bad reviews!!!! They wouldn’t know if a good sub was in front of them If it hit them in the head! Don’t know what they put this sub but that was the best Italian sub I never had!!!!! Super big with lots of everything in it! Walked in for lunch and was not greeted (or even acknowledged). After a few minutes, I realized that you are supposed to order at the electronic kiosk (which is not placed in a very obvious location). Then waited nearly 45 minutes for a to-go Philly. As I asked for a refund so I can leave, they answered a phone call. As I was waiting for the call to be finished to get my refund receipt to walk out, my Philly was done... View all feedback.
I came in to try a Philly cheesesteak and it was so good. The meat was very flavorful and the sub was packed with a good amount of meat. Looking forward to coming back.

It was handed to me without a word of apology from any of the 3 people behind the counter. It seems nobody enjoys working there. Very subpar customer service. Definitely will not be returning…
Most righteous cheesesteak in Jacksonville. Come hungry as the full sandwich is the only option.
Used to love. However ordered a BLT sub with avocado and got avocado skins.minimal Mayo so also very dry.
