Pizza Hut - Jacksonville Beach

The Detroit style pizza is very good. I should think it would be on the menu permanently. Our order came quicker than what the website said it would be delivered in.

I pizza was excellent other than I paid for extra cheese and it seemed like there was only barely the normal amount if even.

I always request extra sauce, but on each of my last few orders, they have fail to add the extra sauce. Unfortunately, it's one of those toppings you don't really notice til you pull a slice or take a bite. So by the time I get home to enjoy, it's a huge disappointment.

I ordered pizza through the app and received a text notification at 8:40 saying it was on the way. However, by 9:35, I still hadn’t received it, so I called the restaurant to check on my order. They confirmed it was indeed on the way but told me directly, “If it’s displayed, just tell the driver it’s free. I’m not apologizing to you.” With that attitude, I definitely won’t be ordering from them again. The pizza finally showed up more than two hours after I ordered it. It was warm, but since it was free, I suppose that’s a small consolation.

The wait for my order was an hour and 45 minutes, and when it finally arrived, it was only half of what I ordered. There was no apology, just a dismissive attitude. This restaurant clearly does not value its customers. I was even offered the chance to return for the rest of my order, but they were too busy with just one delivery driver and a cook. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and there are plenty of other places to order pizza from.
