Ocean Paradise - Jacksonville Beach

It was very mediocre. they were bland and all broth. You think they were frozen. green beans were greasy and overcooked. roasted crab, but nothing to help us open the crab? almost empty on a Saturday night. Now I know why. this place will not take much longer unless they dramatically change their food. the service was average.

It was a difficult start because the restaurant has changed its names, so it was confusing. it was obvious that they have been making a rough away lately; hardly customers were to be found. the ambiente was not very good, but that said eating was surprisingly good and the waitress was great. the prices were very reasonable and a good value for money. if they contain on the look for some basic meeresfood recipes, the lobster **** etc. that's your place.

The reservation was not honored as the restaurant was closed. There was a note on the door stating that the restaurant would be closed until December 25th, and that the name has changed to "The Paradise of the Oceans."

The experience at the hostess stand was quite chaotic. We had to wait 15 minutes to be seated, even though we had a reservation and there was no one ahead of us. The hostess appeared disorganized and distracted. While our server was okay, they seemed rushed, and when our food arrived, the butter spilled off the plate and all over me. They didn’t acknowledge the mishap—an apology would have been appreciated, as accidents can happen. It would have also been helpful to have utensils! I do want to commend one of the other waitresses, who noticed the situation and helped us get seated and brought us the crackers for the crabs. Overall, I left feeling quite disappointed.

The food was ok and the service was good. There wasn’t anything special about the food’s flavors, but it was hot and fresh.
