Instead of the server escalating the issue to someone she just says sorry . We both ordered the veggie calzone which was a good portion but they served it with a small an ounce) of marinara sauce. Asked for a little more and come to find out charged $2) extra for it. Makes no sense to serve 1 oz of marinara sauce with such a large delicious calzone.
