A colleague of mine and I decided to try something new today. We were surprised to find such a well-known place nearly empty. Sadly, we realized why all too quickly. We were seated for about ten minutes before our drink order was taken. Another ten minutes for our drinks, two glasses of water, to arrive. The restaurant was fantastic. Each branch has unique art, and this one is no exception. I particularly enjoyed the graffiti. They serve brunch on weekends from 10:30 am to 2 pm, and the shrimp and grits are outstanding. I always ask for any beers that are not listed on the menu, as I have discovered some hidden gems that way. This time, I tried an orange vanilla beer that was nameless but delicious. I visited to watch some football, and they had plenty of TVs showing all the games, as well as other sports. They even turned up the volume so we could hear the commentary. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you, Christian!
This restaurant provides an absolutely fantastic experience! If you are looking for great pizza and wonderful service, you must make your way to this Mellow Mushroom.
The restaurant wasn't busy, so I don't understand why it took so long for the pizza to be served.
There is a wonderful selection of pizza, as well as other food choices. The pizzas are always great. Service is also good and the restaurant is clean.
An honest disappointment. We scheduled a pickup earlier in the day and went to pick it up at 645pm. We used the website and confirmed a pickup time hours in advance. When I arrived the pizza was not even started yet. So I sat waiting the “10 minutes” I was told it would be. The pizza was finally done at 715pm, well after our scheduled pickup time, delaying our evening. Below you can find a photo of my large pizza that was $31.49. As you can see it is not up to standards and clearly not the size of a large and the crust took up half the pizza. Clearly, no pride in their work. We gave feedback to the store online, and have not heard back. This place is falling off real and is losing the customer base.
