Donatos Pizza - Jacksonville Beach

My first visit. There is limited seating and all the tables and floor were dirty. The young lady who greeted us and took our order was a soft speedy talker. I had a hard time hearing and understanding her. I am hearing impaired and I tried to explain it to her but she didn't want to listen. My husband is not hearing impaired but he also couldn't understand her. She was nice. She just needs to slow down and speak up. We ordered large Italian Trio. Which has pepperoni sausage and mushrooms, wings and bottled drinks. It took about 25 mins to get our food. They were pretty steady with walk-in customers and a couple of drive thru. The pizza is very good. I would say above average for chain pizza. The wings were just frozen Tyson style with buffalo sauce tossed on. I would say this. If your thinking of a chain store pizza... Yes get Donatos if you want great pizza. Go to a local pie shop.

Food is horrible!!! Called once we received our delivery and they literally told me too bad so sad. Pizza was burnt, order was wrong. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER With THEM THEY DO NOT GIVE A DARN ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Brittany especially had the worse attitude. This is not Uber eats fault, all they do is deliver the food. They did not burn the pizza and make the wrong order.

It was a winner for me! I chose to dine at home with my Donatos order, and it was great. The ?buy one get one free? pepperoni classic definitely made us all happy. It had a deliciously crispy thin crust around the edges and tender towards the center. The pepperoni was cooked into little cups of perfection. The works was piled with veggies, meats, cheese, and was definitely a winner.

Tried it on a whim despite the recommendations of my neighbors. It was? okay. The $8 personal pizza was the size of my hand and was honestly pretty bland. Not bad, but unremarkable. I salvaged it with Parmesan cheese. My son?s calzone was way better and seemed like twice as much food for $1 cheaper. Had a nice crunchy crust and the dipping sauce was honestly pretty good. Overall, it was okay. Not great, not terrible, and -1 star for not being able to offer a basic cup of water (bottles only). Service was friendly though and we only had to wait 20 minutes for our food.

This was my first experience here and it was amazing ????!! I tried the thin crust half cheese and pepperoni ???? it was just the right consistency of bread not too thin and still had that nice crunch! The customer service was very good I really appreciate that! I would most definitely be trying more items on the menu in the future!
