What Bryan O doesn't like about Bagels 'r Us Deli #3:
Came in on Sunday around 11am. Many of the popular bagels were already sold out, understand. Had a few questions about the remaining flavors which are not normally what we'd eat. We asked a few basic questions and the staff was so rude. The place wasn't even busy. But they acted if a single question would derail the whole operation. Really uncomfortable experience. The staff lacked any communication skills. The bagel... View all feedback.
Only come if you’re prepared to wait 30 minutes for a bagel. Management is nonexistent.
Everything was delicious! The bagels were chewy and loaded with toppings.

Had to use my AI assistant to determine if the flavorless, cold, bread circle was in fact a bagel. Apparently, by appearance, it is in fact classified as a Bagel. Not sure though. Also, I wonder if they understand the concept of “toasted.” I saw it enter a machine that may have been a device for heating food, but what came out was slightly less than frozen. This also begs the question, at that early hour, whether the bagel was even fresh to begin with.Of course, never got my orange juice which is probably for the best. Most likely, would have been sugar water with orange dye or an energy drink with “orange like flavor.”Not sure if the basic principle of our physical universe whereby two objects cannot occupy the same space at the same time was understood. The area for pickup and the “in-person ordering are in the same spot which is already cramped to begin with. So if you enjoy shuffling around waiting for less than mediocre food go ahead. Just demonstrates the general thoughtlessness of Bagels ‘r US.Finally, thank you so much (yes lots of sarcasm) for the globs of cream cheese that spilled on my shirt and pants in the car as I tried to separate the halves of the bagel. Apparently cutting the bagel in half is an “extra” fee. An attempt to cut it in half was made. I witnessed the sawing motion of a generally distracted employee, but in the end, as with everything else, failure was on the menu that day.Just to be clear I have thrown away the everything even the burnt water that they labeled as “coffee.”Please close this place down and allow another business to occupy this space…hopefully run by someone who cares.
The people here are always super friendly. Great vibes, bagels are a good price for what you get. Lots of different cream cheese and bagel options. GET HERE EARLY, they sell all the really good bagels early.
