The place is always clean, the food is always fantastic, and the staff is friendly and fun. I can't wait for ournext trip through!!!

Do not go to Whataburger on High St and ask for any special requests or changes to your order. I was told per management that this location has a set way of making the food and can not make any changes. I was told this one time I could doit but I have to get it how it is made from now on. Shout out to the cashier who took the order and the cooks who made the verysmall request. I was not trying to mess up your flow with my simple request as told by your manager. You guys are the MVP and Ithank you very much (the cashier and cooks)!! but your management on Sunday mornings, I apologize that you deal with that on aregular.

So I said hello a couple times and still no one said a word after 3 min I pulled up to the window and asked if the speaker was broken? They said no why so I told them what happened. Then theyasked me what I wanted and I told bbbb combo with no onions and double meat with cheese and jalapeños combo. They told me topull up and they would bring out to me. My order was completely wrong when I got to my hotel room they gave a single instead ofa double and they didn?t put any cheese or bbq sauce on the other one. Not to mention it was all so cold that the cheese nevermelted on the double. Horrible Service
