I mentioned that if my kids couldn’t use it, I wouldn’t be making a purchase, but they found it amusing. This experience was very frustrating and unprofessional, especially since I was in a tough situation. I usually don’t voice complaints or report issues, but the lack of respect I encountered was upsetting. If anyone knows the owners of this location, I would appreciate any information. Thank you.
