They currently told me today they are out of nuggets and couldn’t have been more considering I haven’t said a word yet , they might as well shut this location down

The employees were all outside smoking when I arrived at the store so they came in asked me what I needed I told t... read more I was picking up two deliveries for doordash. The employees were all outside smoking when I arrived at the store so they came in asked me what I needed I told them what I was there for they told me I was at the wrong store so I showed them my phone and theyfinally pulled up the orders. One of the orders had a salad he said he did not have any salads so the customer was wanting tosubstitute for something and it took them forever to decide. They had us pull up to the rail and then they just brought us outthree bags that was just thrown together. They had no clue what they were doing they had no customer service skills whatsoeverand no training for doordash. They did not even bring out all of my food they did not bother to make the drinks or the milkshakethat was on the order. The manager and the employees were all horribly rude and no clue of what they were doing. I took the bagsback up to the drive-thru window try to explain to the guy that this was a doordash and I needed the order separated and that Ididn't get all of my order I eventually told him forget it I was canceling both the orders. I will not pick up any more doordashorders for Wendy's. I only give them a one star because I had to.

Not only was the wait for our food an hr after ordering. but then after ordering we were told no frostys except strawberry even tho everyone had ordered chocolate. Then the chicken sandwiches were burnt to acrisp. They even looked like they had been recorded after sitting unless they are ment to look like thin hockey pucks. This wasa waste of time and money and we were the only customers in store ND watched only 3 people go thru the drivethru so they wereNOT busy. Disgusting
