I... read more I have visited this Subway location multiple times and have been disappointed each time. The staff is rude and they always seem to be out of basic condiments. I suggest walking a few blocks to the Subway on Pearl Street instead, as it is a much better option.

I understand that it's important for people who handle money to not handle food, but when the only person making sandwiches takes several minutes each and there... read more I understand that it's important for people who handle money to not handle food, but when the only person making sandwiches takes several minutes each and there are over 10 people in line, it's frustrating. The cashier could easily wash their hands and come help instead of standing around. Subway is not worth a 20 minute wait, or even a 1 minute wait. It's disappointing to see employees not caring when the manager or owner is not around. It's clear that they need help, but it also takes effort to be proactive. I cannot support this location with my business.

The woman who opened the restaurant did not greet me, she was too busy talking on her phone. After finishing her phone call with her Bluetooth, she just said that I must want a drink because they don't have anything else ready at the moment.

There were se... read more This review is for the 210 E. Capitol Street location in the Regions building in Jackson, MS. I went to this Subway today to get a sandwich combo. There were several others in line ahead of me waiting to get sandwiches. One of the workers, Chasity(sp? got sick, so the other woman in there decided she didn't want to deal with the lunch crowd on her own, so she closed upshop for the day. Her manager, Jacob, wasn't even here to authorize her actions. It seems to me that anyone who works at anestablishment such as this should be willing to go above and beyond for the benefit of the customers and the employer. Thewoman who closed the store for the day today was not willing to do that. That is very bad for business. There's no telling howmuch she cost this Subway today. I and another lady who was in line at this Subway ended up going to the Chick-Fil-A, where wereceived much better service.

No, she was talking on her phone and instead, after finishing what she wassaying into her Bluetooth, she said you must want a drink cause I don 't got nothing else ready right now.
