The staff member kept asking me about the toppings, but it... read more I visited the restaurant around 8:00 PM, hoping to order a steak pizza with bell peppers and onions. The staff member kept asking me about the toppings, but it seemed like she had decided that I could only have meat. As soon as she added the meat, I didn’t even get the chance to request my toppings—she just threw on the cheese and then asked me about the toppings afterward. This method resulted in the toppings burning on top of the cheese. It feels like at this Subway, after 8:00 PM, they don't allow you to customize your food the way you want. Their focus seems to be on closing in an hour rather than customer preferences. I will never return—this was by far the worst Subway experience I've had in America. I travel around the country for work, so I'm not exaggerating!

I... read more Came in to grab a sandwich for lunch and there was 2 guys working. The younger guy appeared to be getting ready to go to lunch as he was making his own salad. I watched him cut up some chicken, put it in the oven grab his phone play on it then dig in the bowls that the sandwich h stuff is in. He THOUGHT he was gonna make my sandwich but I was like “hey did u change ur gloves after u put that phone back in ur pocket?” His response was this is mine. I said I know but ur still digging in these bowls that y’all expect customers to eat. He then got a attitude, snatched the gloves off and tried making the sandwich of the guy behind me. That person said he didn’t want a sandwich til the bowls where dumped and replaced. Will never eat here again. The older guy appeared to be the owner and said nothing at all.

My family frequences this Subway quite often and always order and eat in. For some reason tonight we were told that the dining room closes at 7:00 which has nev... read more My family frequences this Subway quite often and always order and eat in. For some reason tonight we were told that the dining room closes at 7:00 which has never been the case before. We are also overcharged by two extra sandwiches. Of course, we did notrealize this because of the confusion over the newly closed dining area. After we got home we realized the overcharge and I amnow on my way driving back to the restaurant hopefully to receive a refund for the two extra charged sandwiches we did notreceive. This is more of an employee issue than an issue with the restaurant. Employee number 0690 rang us up.

It's kind of frustrating when this... read more This was one of the few Subways in town that actually stayed open until the specified time on the website that they provide. It's kind of frustrating when this is our third Subway to visit this evening starting at 7:30 and it's only 8:30 now. All of therestaurants we went to posted a 9:00 closing time. However my partner really wanted a sandwich so we drove 10 miles out of herway to accommodate him. As you can see it was well worth it and he is happy and satisfied and content with his incredible tastysandwich! Great job Subway out South. This is by far the best Subway we have been to in Jackson. I suggest if you really want agood sandwich from Subway it's worth the drive. Join me and the boycott of the other stores that don't do what they say they'regoing to do.
