It's kind of frustrating when this... read more This was one of the few Subways in town that actually stayed open until the specified time on the website that they provide. It's kind of frustrating when this is our third Subway to visit this evening starting at 7:30 and it's only 8:30 now. All of therestaurants we went to posted a 9:00 closing time. However my partner really wanted a sandwich so we drove 10 miles out of herway to accommodate him. As you can see it was well worth it and he is happy and satisfied and content with his incredible tastysandwich! Great job Subway out South. This is by far the best Subway we have been to in Jackson. I suggest if you really want agood sandwich from Subway it's worth the drive. Join me and the boycott of the other stores that don't do what they say they'regoing to do.

The younger one appeared to be preparing his own meal, making a salad... read more I stopped by for a sandwich during lunch and noticed that only two employees were working. The younger one appeared to be preparing his own meal, making a salad. I watched as he cut up some chicken, put it in the oven, and then pulled out his phone to play with it before searching through the containers of sandwich ingredients. When he began making my sandwich, I asked, "Did you change your gloves after putting your phone back in your pocket?" He replied, "This is mine." I pointed out that it didn’t matter since he was still handling ingredients for customers. He then became defensive, took off his gloves in a huff, and tried to make the sandwich for the person behind me, who said he wouldn't place an order until the bowls were emptied and replaced. I won't be returning to this place. The older man, who looked like the owner, didn't say a word.

For some reason tonight we were told that the dining room closes at 7:00 which has never been the case before. We are also overcharged by two extra sandwiches. Of course, we did notrealize this because of the confusion over the newly closed dining area. After we got home we realized the overcharge and I amnow on my way driving back to the restaurant hopefully to receive a refund for the two extra charged sandwiches we did notreceive. This is more of an employee issue than an issue with the restaurant. Employee number 0690 rang us up.

Unfortunately, the staff member seemed solely fo... read more I visited this restaurant around 8:00 PM, intending to order a steak pizza topped with bell peppers and onions. Unfortunately, the staff member seemed solely focused on adding meat to my pizza. Before I even had the chance to request my desired toppings, she quickly piled on the cheese and then, only after that, asked if I wanted any additional toppings. It's worth mentioning that toppings placed on top of the cheese often end up burning. This isn’t Burger King; it’s a Subway, and after 8:00 PM, it felt like they were more concerned with wrapping things up before closing in an hour. I was truly disappointed and will never return to this location. It's the worst Subway experience I've had in the entire country, and as someone who frequently travels for work, I stand by that statement!
