I make... read more The one star is being overly generous, but Google knows everything... Ordered for pickup via Uber eats and was notified a short time later it was ready. I make the 10 minute drive and arrive only to find that not only was it not ready to pick up. It hadnot even been started. I watched them place it on the grill as they told me it was just getting finished up. Mine was the onlyorder on the grill. I watched you literally take the meat out of the cooler and put it on the grill. Dude, Be for real... Hedidn't seem to understand why I was upset that 20 minutes had passed since I was told my order was ready for pickup. But man hewas excited that they had cleared all the orders off the screen. Before they even put my food on. I don't know this guy's namebut rest assured I know his uncovered blonde hair that was hovering around the open grill that had my food on it.. dancingaround looking like Beavis... hope he never tries to interview in one of My 9 stores. On second thought, I wonder how he'd feelabout it if I made him wait 29 minutes in total and then tell him to have a good day his interview was just finishing up. Ontop of everything $20 for a Sandwich and fries??? Not even a mediocre flavor, literally none... zero. I've seen cigars rolledbigger than this thing.

I always... read more I have given them SEVERAL chances. Now granted the experience in the restaurant may be different. I always order through Waitr. My food is NEVER right. I always get my sandwiches with NO ONIONS because they are disgusting. They even write NO ONIONS on thepaper the sandwich is wrapped in. Then you open it and the sandwich has EXTRA onions. I will never order from here again...You'd think for something that is so expensive they could afford to hire employee's that can read.

I stopped by Steak Escape on my way home for dinner. When I walked in, there was no employee in sight, and I ended up waiting around 6 to 8 minutes before anyon... read more I stopped by Steak Escape on my way home for dinner. When I walked in, there was no employee in sight, and I ended up waiting around 6 to 8 minutes before anyone appeared. The first employee only came out because the phone by the cash register was ringing. I found it surprising that no one was at the front to greet customers. Eventually, a young woman got off the phone and said she would send someone to take my order, but she ended up taking it herself. Throughout the interaction, she never greeted me with a smile or showed any enthusiasm. Soon after, two more employees came from the back, and I have to say, they looked incredibly unhappy. When I received my order, I felt the need to double-check it, and sure enough, it was incorrect. I took it back inside so they could fix it. Overall, I was very disappointed with my visit to Steak Escape and would suggest improvements both in staff attitude and customer service. The menu had potential, but the experience didn’t live up to it.

I also enjoyed being able to watch the grill as my meal was prepared. Their menu has great options, and I will definitely be coming back.
