I used to really like going here. But food has gone down hill. They should put different salads on their menu. That would be the only thing that would take me back there. The cashier got both our orders wrong. ALL the tables were dirty. And we were the only 2 their. I had to ask for a rage to clean a table.
We are from California driving by and stopped here for lunch. Let me start by the employees super friendly and the restaurant is very clean which matters to us very much! The steak sandwich Grand Escape), chicken Ragin' Cajun) super tender, and taste was so delicious! So now lets talk about our favorites! The fries Chili and Feisty Amigo), a party in our mouths! If you LOVE fries like me you must try this place! I highly recommend this restaurant!
I am from California and I stopped here with my wife! I highly recommend this place! The steak and chicken sandwiches are delicious. The fries are freshly cut, loaded and my wife 's says, A party in your mouth! Stop by soon and try this place, you will enjoy it!
I spent over $50 at Steak Escape only to receive narrow, thin sandwiches and fries that tasted like baby food. I honestly could have made these myself at home. How does an order get rung up correctly but prepared incorrectly? The staff on 9/23/22 at 8:17 pm either couldn’t read the order or simply didn’t care. We were too tired to turn around and have the sandwiches fixed once we got home. Usually, we check our order before leaving any restaurant, but again, we were exhausted. The sandwiches had no fixings—just plain meat. It was truly disappointing. The servers and service should have been much better. A young man rang us up wearing greasy gloves; when I asked if he wanted to change them, he refused but at least washed his hands afterward, probably only because I mentioned it. It was uncomfortable to watch. Meanwhile, a young woman and a young man were flirting instead of preparing my sandwiches with care. Another young man silently held out our order while I was talking, without any greeting or acknowledgment. My husband had to notice him after a moment. My husband called Steak Escape to see if anything could be done about our order next time, but no one answered and the voicemail box was full. It’s been since 2018 that we last ate there as a family, and now I remember why we stopped coming. Their menu might offer good options, but the service and execution need serious improvement.
The one star is being overly generous, but Google knows everything... Ordered for pickup via Uber eats and was notified a short time later it was ready. I make the 10 minute drive and arrive only to find that not only was it not ready to pick up. It hadnot even been started. I watched them place it on the grill as they told me it was just getting finished up. Mine was the onlyorder on the grill. I watched you literally take the meat out of the cooler and put it on the grill. Dude, Be for real... Hedidn't seem to understand why I was upset that 20 minutes had passed since I was told my order was ready for pickup. But man hewas excited that they had cleared all the orders off the screen. Before they even put my food on. I don't know this guy's namebut rest assured I know his uncovered blonde hair that was hovering around the open grill that had my food on it.. dancingaround looking like Beavis... hope he never tries to interview in one of My 9 stores. On second thought, I wonder how he'd feelabout it if I made him wait 29 minutes in total and then tell him to have a good day his interview was just finishing up. Ontop of everything $20 for a Sandwich and fries??? Not even a mediocre flavor, literally none... zero. I've seen cigars rolledbigger than this thing.
