This is hands down my favorite Starbucks. The baristas are great and act like you're an old friend. If KD is there ask for the KD special. She is hands down the best barista there is. Always made my day better when she made my drinks. That girl deserves a raise. I have never had a bad drink there. Too bad I'm no longer in MS. I will not buy in this branch anymore. cash is rude. I have commanded two, but she just punched one, and she said again and again, "I stopped repeating it." my orders were Mocha-Cookie-Krümel-Frap and a mocha frappuccino. the fact is that she didn't get it. only punched in the Mocha cookie haha smh. seemed too smart. I have been starbucks shift supervisor for 3 years and worked in several stores in little rock arkansas. on a trip to the golf coast I ordered here for a shimmering espresso with salted caramel foam and a strawberry açaí refresher with pfirsich. in the loudspeaker box told me a man that they were from salted caramel foam I ordered by the app. So I asked for whip cream instead (the saw is a non-additional cost modifier) I got my refreshment and it was clearly not shaken, so I cost it to see if it had the pfirsich juice I ordered and not. it also lacked the strawberry inclusions, and my shaken espresso, which I order almost daily to house, was very sweet! I like sweet coffee, but it tastes like they doubled the amount of syrup. I asked the man if my fresher had been shaken and if he had pfirsich and he said no. I have not been offered a refund or recovery of any kind for the modifiers that they are out. the only saving gnade for my experience here was that the man in the window was honest when I asked if they had shaken my drink and offered to revive him.
