What Jana K doesn't like about Snake River Brewing Co.:
The bartender was a super nice Turkish guy very energetic and seemed to enjoy what he does. Beer was okay, but we didn’t enjoy the time there much. When we sat down with our beers we were told by a waiter to not occupy normal tables but go to sit at a bar, there was only lower spot available at the bar for disabled people so we had to sit there even though it was less than one hour before kitchen closing time and the... There is so much tyme in the French onion soup. I thought they thought we were looking for us to time travel. Burgers were extremely dry.
Amazing food!! Definitely worth it if your visiting the area
Pleasant and cozy catering right inside the brewery. An award-winning establishment for both beer and food. I definitely recommend.
We were looking forward to visiting Snake River Brewery but unfortunately, our experience was less than ideal. While we've enjoyed many breweries across the country on our road trip, the service we received here was disappointing. After sitting down at our table, we waited for over 15 minutes before a server approached us. We noticed several staff members chatting behind the counter, which is understandable, but it would have been nice to be acknowledged upon arrival. Once we placed our order, we observed others that arrived later than us receiving their drinks before ours. We eventually had to inquire about the status of our order, as it seemed it hadn't been communicated to the bartender. We ordered a total of three drinks each, and the third time, we went directly to the bartender to ask for our order after it appeared yet again that our order was not communicated. He quickly served us, but when I mentioned that we had been waiting for over 20 minutes, there was no acknowledgment of the delay. While it shouldn't take so long to receive a beer, I would have appreciated a brief apology or explanation for the miscommunication. We noticed our server engaging in conversations with a group of other staff members and perhaps friends coming into the bar during our wait, which added to our frustration. Overall, our experience at Snake River Brewery was disappointing. We hope that management will take our feedback into consideration.
The best thing in the brewery is the atmosphere. But food was a total disappointment for its price. Service the same, they had one waitress for the whole first floor and everything was really slow. And just fyi they charge extra 20% from the receipt if you are more that eight people in the company. Even if you seat separately. I would be happy to pay those 20% service fee, if the food was at least good. The best thing I've eaten there was Smore’s for $7
