Looking for that se... read more This was the best meal we have ever had in the Jackson area. We're been coming to Jackson for three years, and every year we try new places. Looking for that set of great restaurants and so far, no luck. Until last night. The place is beautiful. It's a 200 year old barn at the base of Black mountain. The service was great, and the food was excellent. Best Caesar salad I've had in Jackson. There were actually really good wines offered by the glass. My wife an excellent cup of Minestrone soup, and we shared the BBQ platter. The ribs were perfect, and the house made BBQ sauce made the pulled pork wonderful. We will come here every time we come to Jackson. We've finally found a place to put on our list!

We ordered a couple drinks, the Smores Martini was phe... read more Heard that SHP was an amazing restaurant from my wife’s coworker and we were up in the area for vacation. We ordered a couple drinks, the Smores Martini was phenomenal, and the Ridgeback IPA was deliciously crushable. As for an app we went with the fried pickles, the dipping sauce was buffalo ranch I think and we could have cleaned that dish out. For meals we ordered the burnt ends Mac and cheese (10/10) and the Chicken Pomona was soooo good!! Our waitress, Lily, was very friendly and was always there to answer any questions, refill our waters and be there if we needed anything. We were her only customers in her area so she let gave us the tv remote to change the channel to the Football game we were looking for. Great service and amazing food. When we’re in Jackson again we will be sure to come back!!

We started with the brisket chili, and got the burnt ends Mac cheese as an entree, both great decisions. The s’mores martini was the perfect addition as well. Lilly was super helpful and had a smile on her face the whole time. So glad we decided to stop in here, will definitely be back again. Service: Dine in

They need to put in a wood stove unless you want to wear warm clothes inside. They could have moved us upstairs but didn't despite my complaint. Would not go back until the Summer time.
