Unfortunately, we've had to stop going to Raley's regularly because they haven't fulfilled our repeated requests for a specific beer my husband enjoys. Since Save Mart carries it, we've been visiting there more often, and overall, it's been a good experience—plus, I prefer their roast chicken. The grocery selection at this store is decent, but their pharmacy is truly disappointing. I had an issue with them a year ago and decided to give them another chance, but that was a mistake. They outright lied to me. When I went to pick up my new prescription, they claimed that my doctor had canceled it due to my insurance not covering it. While I shop here regularly because it is on my way home from work, the overall shopping experience has gone downhill in the last few years. Most of the long term staff is really kind and helpful, but the newer staff is rude and inattentive at times. I'll still shop here, but I hope the new year brings improved service.
Very clean friendly store. Fair prices with very diverse wide selection. Able to find long desired shopping list items not available at large grocery chain stores in Phoenix. Stocked up to take home! Thank you!
I just want to say Tracey is produce is one of my favorites! She is always happy to see us and chats with us about what's on sale and looking good. We love when she's working and always feel great after chatting with her! Also Nina and Elias up front, they are always so friendly and happy to see us. I always get help to my car with my toddler and it is super appreciated. We choose Raley's over all the other places to shop in Jackson because of the friendly and helpful people!
This is based solely on the sandwich counter. I came in at 1:00 pm Friday, Jan 28. The guy at the sandwich counter did not look at me, did not acknowledge me and seemed to be in a bad mood. I stood there a few minutes, 'cause I was hungry, but when he cleaned the knife he was using by wiping the blade on the counter, I left. He wiped mayonnaise of the blade into the counter and then used it to spread avocado. I usually eat lunch at Raley 's as I travel all over for work. This was most negative experience I have ever had at a Raley 's.
Deli closes at 8. I got there at 7:40, which is late I understand but if you advertise that you can get something until 8, you should make sure that's possible. Needless to say, I do not recommend.
