She worked tirelessly over two days to resolve my issue, and I was able to sort everything out just in time for my vacation. I’m truly grateful to her and the entire staff for their help. Every time I visit, I'm reminded of how exceptional these people are!

I received several recommendations from both employees and other customers about various items, and I absolutely loved it. I will definitely return!

Since Sa... read more Unfortunately, we've had to stop going to Raley's regularly because they haven't fulfilled our repeated requests for a specific beer my husband enjoys. Since Save Mart carries it, we've been visiting there more often, and overall, it's been a good experience—plus, I prefer their roast chicken. Raley's has also been struggling with their deli; last week, they mentioned staffing issues which prevented them from frying chicken and other difficulties in that area. It was convenient to go there since we live nearby, but it’s a shame things have changed.

I had an issue with them a year ago and decided to give them another chance, but that was a mistake. They outright lied to me. When I went to pick up my new prescription, they claimed that my doctor had canceled it due to my insurance not covering it. I no longer shop there, and I can confirm that my insurance did cover the prescription and my doctor did not cancel it.
