The waiter said, "I'm not sure if they have been tenderized yet, as we are closing soon, but I will check." I overheard the chef pressing down on the steak with a mallet. I told them, "If it's going to be an issue, that's fine." They reassured me, saying, "No problem, we will tenderize it for you." I appreciate when a restaurant is willing to go the extra mile for their customers, even if it means staying open a bit later. I understand that everyone has their off days, but I was surprised coming from "Prime Cuts!" where the quality of their meats is usually top-notch. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience.

But it's definitely the first place I go to get ingredients for special occasion dinners, birthdays or when I'm craving a Key Lime pie ect!
