Description

Nestled conveniently for local patrons, this Chinese restaurant has sparked a myriad of experiences, ranging from gastronomic delights to culinary disappointments. While some diners rave about the fresh, flavorful dishes like sesame chicken, wonton soup, and steamed dumplings, others lament tasteless entrees and poor customer service. Critiques of soggy meals and unwelcoming staff contrast sharply with commendations for generous portion sizes and friendly interactions. Despite a loyal customer base, the inconsistency in quality and service suggests potential diners should approach with caution, weighing the restaurant's highlights against the stark criticisms. Overall, it's a gamble worth considering.

I recently had the most terrible food I have ever tasted in my life from this restaurant. The almond chicken seemed to have been sitting in grease for hours and the egg roll tasted spoiled. When I called to request a refund or replacement meal, they rudely refused to assist me. Their lack of customer service has ensured that I will never return to their establishment. I'm a Jackson local and must admit, we place orders at least twice a month. The food is always good. I'm back and forth on the pork lo mein and general Tso's chicken, I only have experience with them two dishes in which are both good. Their egg rolls are really good also. The staff doesn't seem friendly. However, have come to learn that it's just a quiet family that doesn't speak much. Very happy to have them locally. Service: Take out

The food is always good. You need to beat the rush around 12 to get your pick at the buffet; otherwise you'll have to wait. They are good at getting the food back on the line quickly Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

No hospitality, straight business, the lady that takes your order when you call in can never seem to get the order right and you have to repeat yourself like 4 times and no she isn’t even Asian) so it’s not a language barrier, she does comprehend well. However they have some of the best l mean 10/10 chicken wings and the best chow mei fun angel hair rice noodles) the rice is a good 7/10 best sometimes you can tell it’s old but when it’s fresh it’s the best I have to admit !!! The eggs foo young patties are always over cook as taste like grease and overly filled with carrots and peas and I hate that but however the gravy to go on the patties is the best I’ve tasted in years!!!! It’s not the cleanest place either !
