Panda Garden - Jackson
Panda Garden
Description
Nestled conveniently for local patrons, this Chinese restaurant has sparked a myriad of experiences, ranging from gastronomic delights to culinary disappointments. While some diners rave about the fresh, flavorful dishes like sesame chicken, wonton soup, and steamed dumplings, others lament tasteless entrees and poor customer service. Critiques of soggy meals and unwelcoming staff contrast sharply with commendations for generous portion sizes and friendly interactions. Despite a loyal customer base, the inconsistency in quality and service suggests potential diners should approach with caution, weighing the restaurant's highlights against the stark criticisms. Overall, it's a gamble worth considering.

We have been dining at this restaurant for several years. The dishes are always fresh and tasty, and we have never experienced any quality issues. We usually opt for healthier options like steamed dishes or vegetables. The takeout service is efficient. We typically order dinner, and the prices range from $50 to $100 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a rating of 5 out of 5. Highly recommended dishes include Chicken and Broccoli, Pork Lo Mein, Egg Drop Soup, and Dumplings.
Convenience in location would bring me to try this restaurant last night. I ordered a sesame chicken combo and an order of cheese wonton. Neither delivered in my opinion. Lacked flavor with both but was edible. I will stick with teriyaki express as my go to Chinese restaurant in the area. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
The food is always good. You need to beat the rush around 12 to get your pick at the buffet; otherwise you'll have to wait. They are good at getting the food back on the line quickly Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
No hospitality, straight business, the lady that takes your order when you call in can never seem to get the order right and you have to repeat yourself like 4 times and no she isn’t even Asian) so it’s not a language barrier, she does comprehend well. However they have some of the best l mean 10/10 chicken wings and the best chow mei fun angel hair rice noodles) the rice is a good 7/10 best sometimes you can tell it’s old but when it’s fresh it’s the best I have to admit !!! The eggs foo young patties are always over cook as taste like grease and overly filled with carrots and peas and I hate that but however the gravy to go on the patties is the best I’ve tasted in years!!!! It’s not the cleanest place either !
