During my visit on Friday and Saturday, I noticed that the floors needed sweeping and the counters needed wiping. Both days, the same trash was on the floor. However, the smoothies are truly wonderful, and I would give them a 5-star rating! Owner and managers, please address these cleanliness issues!

When I visited the store, the employee scanned the barcode on my phone, and I assumed I would receive the buy one get one free deal. However, after the transaction, I showed her the promotion, and she simply apologized, stating that she couldn't honor it because it was too late. I was really disappointed, especially since it was the last day of the promotion. I felt that she could have made an exception, but the service was lacking.

However, this past Friday, I noticed there were more staff members present, which improved the wait times. Just a quick tip—be sure to ask which drinks are the 32 oz. ones for $5 on Fridays. A young man informed me that all drinks were $5, but I ended up paying almost $8.
