Just a heads-up: the 32oz drinks are supposed to be $5 on Fridays. The young man I spoke to said that all drinks were $5, but I ended up paying almost $8.

Because of this, I will be reaching out to the manager.

When I was at the store, the female employee scanned the barcode on my phone, and I assumed I would receive the deal. After the transaction, I showed her the promotion, but she apologized and said she couldn’t honor it because it was too late. I felt that she could have made an exception since it was the last day of the promotion. I was very disappointed by her lack of customer service.

One of the staff members responded that I was wasting the smoothie and that my enjoyment was not their concern. Due to this poor service, I will be contacting the manager.
