Visiting this bowling establishment offers an exciting opportunity for fun, but experiences vary widely. While many enjoyed the lively atmosphere and unique arcade offerings, frustrations arose from poor service and disorganized management. League bookings often crowded out reserved times, leaving casual bowlers disappointed. Staff responsiveness was inconsistent, with reports of unaddressed requests and inadequate lane setups for families. Meanwhile, food quality failed to match pricing expectations. However, some guests celebrated special occasions, highlighting the potential for enjoyable experiences with attentive service. A few improvements in operations and customer care could elevate this venue to truly standout status.

Was Lorenz Ferry at Jax 60 a mag?
Lots of lanes for lots of fun! Some of the bumbers are broken, that makes it difficult for the kiddos. I guess it helps them keep it out of the gutters! Definitely don't go here until after the leagues! Those people just take over the place and have no common curiosity for others. They will literally stand in the way and not move like it's your fault they moved in and took over the place. There's bags laying around e... View all feedback.
What Mervin Paucek dislikes about Jax 60:
Bowling was fun and seemed like a good environment. The bar tenders were not friendly whatsoever and didn’t seem to have much knowledge. One was dressed in sweatpants and a sweatshirt, seemed unprofessional. View all feedback.
I only checked the restaurant's website, but there was no price list or relevant information regarding walk-in bowling. It was difficult to find details such as day prices and shoe rental. Due to the poor website experience, it was unclear what to expect when visiting the establishment.
The bowling experience was enjoyable, but my kids were disappointed to find that several of the arcade games were out of order or turned off.
Took two young children bowling on Monday 03/14/22 with a poor experience. When asked how many bowlers I replied two. Lane was initially set up for one bowler. No one answered the call button to add a second bowler. Trip to the front counter. Made three requests for bumpers each requiring a trip to the front desk since the call button from the lane wasn’t functional. Each request was met with a lot of huffing and puffing from staff. Never got bumpers. Kids didn’t have much fun watching their balls go down the gutters. Approx 1/3 of arcade games not functional. Overall just a poor experience.

There's bags laying around everywhere, like passed out teens at a after prom party (seriously who needs to bring 2-5 extra balls?)No outside food or drinks, but there's a bar and grill, what's the bowling experience without greasy food and booze?
