I love Jack's and I will go back again. Employees need help with getting orders taken faster so cooks can get busy. Please don't be mad at your employees! Help them to be faster. You were out of lemon pie! Do not let that happen again! I got an apple pie even though it was marked strawberry on the box! I took my pie with me to eat later.or this would have been an easy fix. Came in to get breakfast at 10:00. They said they stopped serving breakfast even though their hours say 10:30. If you're going to stop breakfast at 10:00, it should say so on your business hours, online, etc.... Went to McDonald's right up the road and had no problem. View all feedback.
Wife had the bacon cheeseburger and fries with shake said they were awesome. I had 3piece chicken with slaw a mashed taters

Stopped here on the way home from Florida to try it for the first time and the employees were screaming at each other about to fight so we left and didn't even get to order any food! Absolutely ridiculous!
