Staff was friendly and we had a very pleasant meal and loved that they had a discounted menu and kids eat free with adult meal purchase! Pretty cool!

Our server sent... read more We had quick service and the food was amazing. My daughter has some food allergies and asked that something be cooked in oil instead of butter. Our server sent her manager out who quickly assured us they no longer cook anything in butter but always inoil. Our server checked on us multiple times. The restaurant was very clean, as well.

I didn’t want to say anything at first, but when the server asked if everything was okay, I explained that my order was incorrect. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, she abruptly took the plate back to the kitchen, stating that I complained about the food itself. I clarified to the cook that my complaint was simply about the order being wrong, not the quality of the cooking. This experience was disappointing, and it's now the second time I've had an issue here. Given that my first visit was before COVID, and the second was in 2020, I find it hard to consider returning. The service has been consistently poor, and it seems the staff could benefit from better training. They should learn to treat customers kindly and handle issues without complaint. Our checkout experience was also awkward due to the server's behavior. I've noticed many others have shared similar negative experiences, so I know I’m not alone in this sentiment. I really hope they can improve their service!

During my last visit, I ord... read more IHOP is an ideal spot for breakfast, especially for those of us over 50 who can enjoy either a discount or select from the 50+ menu. During my last visit, I ordered the 2x2x2 from the 50+ section, which includes 2 pancakes, 2 eggs, and 2 strips of bacon. The pancakes, as always, were delicious, and the syrup complemented them perfectly. The eggs and bacon were also tasty. The server was excellent, consistently refilling our drinks. Overall, it was a great experience, and I look forward to returning for more in the future.

While I've experienced some challenges with this restaurant in the past, it appears they've improved recently. During our last visit, everyone was particularly fantastic. It was my grandson's birthday, and the waitstaff truly adored him! They engaged with him and shared in his playful antics. To our delight, they surprised us by singing Happy Birthday to him and brought out a small bowl of ice cream after he finished enjoying his pancakes from their menu.
