I didn't expect so much from a low place. I heard there was a new dm. it could explain the difference. Eating was excellent. much better than most ihops in the land. demarious (probably the writing guarded) was extremely friendly, helpful, was always on the dingen. one of the better experiences in an ihop in a long time.

My father didn't even eat his pancakes because they looked too undercooked, and my sister asked for some coffee creamers and the employee didn't even put it on the plate. While she asked her my family noticed that she was not even wanting to attend us due to her expression, like she didn't even want to be there. And the cherry on top of this ice cream of a disaster was that in my brother in law's coffee, there was a hair. The restrooms need a lot of work, and since we were just on our way to Florida we stopped here taking the reviews lightly. Do not make the same mistake we did and don't go here. If I was able to give negative stars I would. Go to McDonald's, they probably have better service.

I finally asked, let's sit down. we said we were sitting in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later we waited. we could hear commands that come wrong or cold. we decided to go together with other customers. very unprofessional. do not visit this ihop again. they should be ashamed. I wish I could have a zero rating.

The eggs, pancakes, hash b... read more The breakfast experience was great, and the service was wonderful. The Grand Slam meal was satisfactory, and the bacon wasn’t greasy. The eggs, pancakes, hash browns, and ham were really delicious. The only issue was that the air conditioning was broken, and the staff had to endure the heat. Despite the uncomfortable conditions, the service from the employees was excellent. A big thank you to the young lady who took our order and the rest of the team!

I also noticed that the tables were st... read more Additionally, the wait times at IHOP can be quite lengthy, so it’s not the best choice if you’re in a rush for breakfast. I also noticed that the tables were sticky, and one of the cups for the milk was not clean when it arrived. Overall, the food quality at IHOP is decent, but I would recommend considering other options. It seems that IHOP isn’t quite what it once was.
