Was Saquena Alford at Hilton Jackson a mag?
I did not stay in a room but had a job training. Everything was absolutely amazing from the service of staff, food, quality of the conference room and hotel itself. It was in a great location and easy to find.Service: 5/5 View all feedback.

What jojo Juch dislikes about Hilton Jackson:
The box springs were all old looking. I had a weird stain on my bed. The worst of all the coffee pot was nasty I kept running water through it but it kept having black gunk coming out of it. Also no microwave in the room nobody Wants a community microwave. This place is nice but it needs updating in the rooms , feels old. The people were very nice ? but I had to go out and get coffee so I checked out early. View all feedback.

The floors were dirty. The structure of the hotel looked unstable because the crown molding on both the ceiling and floor was in shambles. The elevators kept getting stuck and people had difficulties getting to their floor. The rooms keys were hard to activate because the light would turn red every time they were put in the slots. The rooms didn't get clean as often as they should and beds weren't made. Front desk had to be called several times because we didn't receive fresh towels. However, the food on the menu for the banquets was delicious. I liked the seating in the lobby and the atmosphere was nice. The staff in the lobby, front desk, hotel and restaurants were courteous and friendly. Overall, it was not what I had expected, but I enjoyed my stay.Rooms: The rooms weren't as clean. The beds weren't made as often and it was hard to overlook some of the stains on the floor.

The hotel is outdated, which isn't a problem, but it's dirty. My room had sticky spots on the carpet, a piece of food on the floor, the lamp looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Just dingy. I did not take my shoes off in my room, other than to get in the shower and into bed.Rooms: Dingy and not cleaned very well.

Located near where I needed to be. Not many places open on Sundays for dinner. I do recommend Soulshine Pizza (will deliver through Door Dash). Nice hotel for a quick trip to Jackson.Rooms: 5/5

Digital key did not work, water in tub was not draining, elevator was out of service, the linen on the beds and odor in the room made me very uncomfortable. There was a long line to get on a elevator several large groups to accommodateRooms: 2/5
