very nice. my truck is broken. I've hit my dog in jackson went to the window because I didn't have any shoes or a hemd. the nice lady in the window. they have been happy to have employees, as this View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Hardee's:
I ordered a hamburger with just pickles and cheese, and despite asking for it twice, I still received the wrong order. I picked off the extra grease and ate it without complaining, but after taking a bite, I pulled a long hair out of the burger. I immediately discarded the whole thing. It was a pretty disappointing experience. View all feedback.
Good food. I give 4 stars instead of cause I asked for bbq sauce packets and got picante sauce
If I could give this place negative stars I would after this drive thru incident of not receiving our entire order with a very rude lady working on Oct. 30, 2021 telling us, If the food isn 't ready, we aren 't getting it. when we paid for it already and had to go inside to get the rest of our order.We went through the drive thru on Sat. Oct 30, 2021 in the morning. We ordered a couple bacon egg and cheese biscuits and a breakfast platter. While trying to order, the lady on the other end kept interrupting me saying, Are you done with your order? ...no I 'll let you know when I 'm done. We didn 't order that much and didn 't order anything special that 's different from a typical menu item. Not sure why she had such a snarky attitude. When we got up to the drive thru window, we were greeted with poor attitude by some guy. Like all places when we get our order, before we I drive off too far, we checked the bag to make sure nothing was missing from our order. We were missing the breakfast platter and all hashbrowns, so I had to pull around to the front of the building. First time at this Hardee 's location with an issue so I thought no big deal. My wife went inside Hardee 's to get it corrected. She spoke to a lady inside (not sure if she was a manager) and said, We were just in the drive thru and we are missing a breakfast platter. The lady said, Well, I 'll see if it 's ready or not. If it 's not ready, you 're not getting it. I don 't care what 's going on, you don 't talk to paying customers like this and the workers are lucky the food was ready. This lady needs some serious training and the guy working the window needs an attitude adjustment. While my wife was in there, they were messing up every drive thru order and began asking customers, What did you order again? When my wife got back to the vehicle she began distributing food to everyone as I drove off and guess what, when we unwrapped the breakfast sandwiches, those were wrong too. We were supposed to get 2 bacon egg and cheese sandwiches but received some kind of omelet sandwich and a chicken sandwich. We were very disappointed in the attitude, the quality of service, and the ignorance of the lady my wife spoke to. I understand businesses get in a rush and things happen during a rush but the attitude and things said by the employees here were uncalled for and to get our entire order wrong, among others orders, is just poor management. Typically I don 't write reviews but the service was pathetic and I just had to put this out there. I 'll probably never go back to this Hardee 's location.
Literally the worst burger place in Jackson. Clearly understaffed and the staff that is there has a bad attitude to the point you have to argue with them while ordering directly off the menu. They advertise an open loby but keep the doors locked. When you manage to actually get food from there you can garentee at least half your order will be incorrect. Worst staff, worst prices, worst operation. Rally's, Burger King, dairy queen, and McDonald's each have this place beat by a landslide.

We visited the drive-thru that morning and ordered a couple of bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits along with a breakfast platter. While placing our order, the woman kept interrupting me, asking if I was done. I responded that I would let her know when I was finished. Our order was straightforward; there was nothing unusual about it, so I didn’t understand why she was being so snarky. When we reached the drive-thru window, we were met with a poor attitude from the gentleman serving us. As is standard procedure, we checked our order before driving off to make sure everything was correct. To our surprise, we were missing the breakfast platter and all the hash browns, so I had to pull around to the front of the building. This was my first visit to this Hardee's location, and I thought it was just a minor hiccup. My wife went inside to resolve the issue and spoke with a woman (who may have been a manager). She informed her, “We were just in the drive-thru and are missing a breakfast platter.” The response was shocking: “Well, I’ll see if it’s ready or not. If it’s not, you’re not getting it.” This is unacceptable; paying customers should never be treated this way. The staff is fortunate that the food was eventually ready. This woman clearly needs some proper training, and the guy at the drive-thru window could use an attitude adjustment as well. While my wife was inside, they were messing up every drive-thru order and even started asking customers to repeat what they ordered. When my wife returned to the car and started handing out the food, we realized that the breakfast sandwiches were also wrong. We were supposed to get two bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits, but that was not what we received. This whole experience was incredibly frustrating.
